Strudel Workshop

When you think of Vienna, you think of museums, the opera, Wienerschnitzel and… strudel: a crunchy pastry with warm filling and ice cream or vanilla cream on the side.
The two most famous versions are the „Apfelstrudel“ (applestrudel) and the „Topfenstrudel“ (curd cheese strudel).

I invite you to a strudel workshop, where you will learn how to make the crispy strudel dough with its two fillings (apple and curd cheese).

The workshop lasts approx. 3 hours, and at the end you will take home 2 self-baked strudels.

The only thing for you to decide is, whether you prefer your strudel with or without raisins 😉

*All workshops include a snack buffet and non-alcoholic beverages.
