A bit about me
Hi!
My name is Hadar and welcome to my “little piece of heaven” and my second home.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always loved standing in the kitchen watching my Mom and Grandma cook and bake and asking them questions about why a certain ingredient was used first, how much to use another ingredient etc. (and I was annoyed every time they answered me: “I don’t measure, it’s a feeling”).
I’m a pastry chef who is addicted to yeast (and dough in general), flavor combinations, butter, cinnamon and cheese. But most of all, I’m addicted to the great smell that permeates the whole room when a pastry find it’s way into the oven (yes, even if it’s “just” a simple pound cake).
I believe that through the stomach it is possible to reach and touch people’s hearts. There’s nothing like seeing the spreading smile on the face and the glint in the eyes before and during the bite and at the end of the day that is the reason why I chose to do what I do.
So on that optimistic note, I invite you to sign up for my workshops and to join me on a fun and delicious journey.
You are also welcome to delve into my website and look through the recipes. Try to give them a shot in your kitchen. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes, always enjoy and never despair. If the cake didn’t turn out the way you imagined: enjoy the taste 😂. I can promise you, that in the end you will succeed and then the satisfaction you’ll feel will be worth every step on your journey!
