"Number Cake" is made from thin layers of shortcrust (crispy) almond dough with cream drizzled between all the layers and on the top layer where you can also place decorations (flowers, macaroons, chocolate, candies, etc...)

- What is the best way to work with stencils for precise cutting of the dough
- How to create stencils all by yourself at home
- How to make a delicious cream with the right texture for drizzling
- How to drizzle the cream in a professional way between the layers
- How to create piping with different shapes and colors on the top layer
- How to transport that cake without it moving inside the box
